The corn is high, the vibes are higher, and we’ve just added another certified baller to the DKCU roster. Please give a loud, DeKalb-sized welcome to Ardit Abdullai, the latest DKCU 2025 player signing!

A versatile midfielder and outside back from Hinsdale, IL, Ardit brings brains, brawn, and Bradley University-level talent to the pitch. Whether he’s locking down the flanks or sparking attacks from the middle, this guy’s game is smoother than a perfectly buttered ear of sweet corn.

At just 18, Ardit already carries himself like a seasoned pro—no surprise, given his passion for the beautiful game and a love for competitive environments filled with fiery teammates and even hotter supporters (we’re talking passion, people, not temperature).

Nicknamed “Diti” by those in the know, he’s not one to pick favorites when it comes to teams. He just loves the game, full stop. And now, he’ll get to live out that love wearing green and yellow for The Annies.

Off the Pitch:

When he’s not slicing defenses, Ardit dreams of flying planes, prefers health food over junk, and values ambition more than comfort. And when he hits 80, what will matter most? Not trophies or stats, but the impact he leaves on others. (Yeah, we’re tearing up too.)

Why DKCU?Simple. Ardit says: “I really enjoy the training environment as well as the very passionate coaches, players, and supporters.” We’ll take that—and raise a pint of (non-alcoholic) corn juice to it.

Bucket list check-in: Pilot license pending.

Fast food or health food: He’s clean eating like a champ.

Coke or Pepsi: The man cannot be bribed.

Ambition or comfort: Ambition, baby.

Big party or small gathering: Small squad energy.

He may not support a pro team, but starting this summer, Diti supports one thing above all: DKCU.
