Heavy Rain, Lightning, and Postponements
Soccer is famously played in the rain, and we will always push to get the match in if the pitch is safe. However, safety is our ultimate priority.
Important Safety Note: If lightning is detected within an 8-mile radius of the stadium, play will be suspended immediately, and everyone will be asked to seek cover.
If a match is officially postponed or canceled due to severe weather, do not throw away your tickets! Here is how we protect your purchase:

The Rain Check Policy: If a game is postponed before kickoff or before the match reaches halftime, your ticket remains 100% valid.

Rescheduled Matches: If the game is rescheduled for a later date, your original ticket will automatically get you through the gates for that new date.

Ticket Exchanges: Can’t make the rescheduled date? No worries at all. Bring your original ticket receipt to the gate at any other regular-season DKCU home match of your choice, and we will exchange it for a General Admission ticket at no extra cost.

What happens if a game is called off after halftime?
If a match is abandoned after halftime has concluded, the game is officially considered complete under league rules. In this scenario, tickets are considered fully used, and no rain checks or exchanges will be issued.
How will I know if a match is delayed or postponed?
We won't leave you guessing in the rain! Any official weather updates, delay alerts, or postponement announcements will be posted immediately across our social media channels and updated live on our website homepage.
