DeKalb County United is thrilled to officially announce that Sycamore’s own Izzie Segreti is back in the green and yellow for the 2026 season!
A creative and hardworking midfielder, Izzie is a familiar face to the United faithful, having been a part of the club’s journey for several years.
Currently a standout at Sycamore High School and committed to continue her academic and athletic career at Loras College, Izzie brings a wealth of local pride and technical skill to our midfield. For her, DKCU isn't just a team—it’s a tradition of excellence.
"I’ve played with the club for many years, and it has always been a competitive yet enjoyable environment," Izzie shared. "It’s a great opportunity to challenge myself and be a part of a supportive community."
When she isn't dictating the tempo of the game or training for her upcoming collegiate career, Izzie keeps it grounded, spending her perfect summer evenings hanging out with friends and family. We are incredibly proud to support Izzie as she transitions from a local high school hero to a collegiate athlete, all while representing DeKalb County on the big stage.
