Ticket to Rock: Meet Katie, the DKCU Volunteer Who's Always in Control

At DKCU, it takes a village—and Katie is one of the MVPs making the whole thing tick behind the scenes.

By day, Katie’s an Office Coordinator. But when matchday rolls around, she transforms into our go-to DKCU volunteer for ticketing—and, let’s be honest, just about anything else that needs to get done. Whether she’s handing out wristbands or helping fans find their seats, Katie is all about making sure everyone has a top-tier experience from the moment they arrive.

So who is this mysterious multitasker in the ticket tent?

She's a paperback book hoarder (shoutout to her latest internet haul), a fan of 80’s rock bands, and someone who always wanted to learn a musical instrument. She’s also a big believer in spending time with friends and family and helping others—something that shows in everything she does at DKCU.

When asked what she’s looking forward to most this season, her answer was peak DKCU energy: the excitement of the players, coaches, volunteers, fans, and families.

Also, fun fact: her favorite guilty pleasure movie is Red, and her favorite non-DKCU soccer team? Well… she’s still thinking about that one. (We’ll take it as a win.)
