6 WEEK PERFORMANCE CAMP

Develop the strength, stability and mechanics to see a more dominant performance week after week.

Camp will also cover recovery and how to maintain the body post training or game.

 

NOV 15th Tuesday - Dec 30th Friday

GROUP 1  8-12 - Saturday 10am-11am

GROUP 2  13 -17 - Tuesday 7pm-8:15pm

GROUP 3 18+ - Thursday 7pm-8:15pm
